I was very Impressed. I live in a city where there is a Caesars Palace (Windsor, Ont,Canada) and I loved going to this area. The hotel room was very spacious and the hotel was awesome. The pool and the Jacuzzi's were in a cave like setting (very cool). The restaurants were great with great food and good prices. I did not gamble much, but the playing floor was super. I would more than recommend this resort to anyone, as the price was amazing. I paid more for a crappy hotel on route to Tunica. All the staff was great. Go ahead and try it out, you will not regret your decision. Mike, Windsor, Canada

March 03,2008 Dear Sir/Miss, We just wanted to take a little of our time to thank you and your staff for your outstanding accommodations on our latest trip to Tunica, MS. for the weekend of February 23, 2008. This was our third annual trip to your resort, but unlike our other visits, my wife decided to reserve us rooms in your hotel instead of our normal destination of your RV Park. One reason is that we do have a small dog which we like to have travel with us if possible. We were going to change our reservations to your RV Park, but, due to possible severe weather, we kept our original plans. This turned out to be a great decision even though the weather turned out to not be a factor. Upon arrival, the only negative was at the check-in desk for the hotel. We were a little disappointed in the clerk as she seamed grumpy and was not very helpful with our food credit from Hotels.com on our reservation. This later resulted in our having to purchase our dinner in your restaurant. Not that your hostess did not try to correct the problem, but, due to an appointment I had, we did not have the time to return to the hotel desk for the correction to be made. Later, the correction was made at the hotel front desk. To say the least, this would be the only time in which we worried if indeed, we made the right choice. This next, brings me to your guest comment card. I would like to say that maybe the hotel clerk was just having a bad day. It happens to everyone at some time so we will leave it at that. Everything else from the waiting times, casino, Prime Rewards, to the dinning was all excellent. But you left out what I now feel is the most important question on your comment card. That would be under, Hotel, comfort of accommodations. I can not tell you the last time I have ever had a nights sleep and was not sore on some part of my body. My wife immediately had the same comment to me when we awoke from our first nights stay. It was not only the mattress, the pillows were
