Myself and my wife stayed for three nights; this hotel is what you would expect or a little better than a 2 Star hotel. Agreed with previous customer complaints that the hotel lacks air conditioning/fan; which was not a problem for us in May but could be in July/August. That being said, the room was comfortable, clean, with balcony and view of ocean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is about 5 km outside of Rovinj; a little far for a walk but comfortable to drive or bike. The hotel is actually more like a resort, camping and apartments are available, there is a market, restaurants, sports equipment for rent, bikes to rent for hours/day, beach bar, and additional recreational opportunities. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Not the best hotel you will ever stay at, but most definitely a good value for the money.
