We stayed for three nights with our family consisting of three young children. We were impressed with the views coming in and with the room in general, but were not impressed for the money spent. The resort has a confusing layout with registration being on one end of the resort and our room being on the other end (this is a big place!), so valet parking and bellhop service seemed unreasonable.Even though we paid for it of course. We requested a refrigerator and microwave when we checked in and had to call and request them again when we got back to our room that night. They said they'd send it right over, but they didn't arrive at our room for an hour...once again, a big place! Easy access to freeway, but only after dodging old people, slow cars, bridal parties, employees who refuse to scoot their room service vehicles to the side of the narrow roads a bit, etc. Great place to come, park your car, stay and play tennis, hike a little, and retire early to bed for the week.. Otherwise, if you want close parking, access to your vehicle, quick service, etc, I'd go with holiday inn or another resort. PROS: beautiful, beautiful, beautiful...saw deer outside our window! Comfortable, clean, very peaceful CONS: inconvenient, slow check-in, service, and transportation around resort, lack of parking anywhere close to our room, resort too large to reasonably use services/amenities.
