We drove 17 hours to get to the resort. We enjoyed staying in an upscale resort, but we did not think we needed the valet so we didn't use it. That was the only inconvenience of the trip since we had to park further away by not using the valet. Also, it would have been more convenient if we could have used the back doors since they were closer to our room, but not even a hotel key would let us in. We did order room service and they were prompt and very friendly. When we called the front desk for a request, they called us back later to make sure it was taken care of. I wish our family could have used the resort more, but the temperatures did not allow that and we were also busy doing things in the city and nearby attractions. We enjoyed our stay!
