The hotel facilities were modern, nice, clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The price of the hotel was also reasonable, especially compared to the five star resorts near Seogwipo. However, the resort is off by itself on the Southeast coast and there isn't much built up around it. Since most of Jeju's attractions are on the South and West coasts, you may find yourself driving some distance to get back to your hotel at the end of the day. But if that dosn't bother you, it is well worth the money. FYI -- the hotel has an airport shuttle that leaves in both directions about every hour. A taxi in either direction is about W34,000.
