The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. The view was magnificent, definitely a place for relaxing. The food was good, but got boring after a few days. They could have had more food choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but were slow in responding to requests. The resort should have a shuttle for guests. That would be a nice touch. When you want to leave the resort, it has to be by taxi, which was an added expense.

We were greatly satisfied with the resort and its service. We were looking for a quiet resort just to relax We recommend staying at the Palace Beach Club. The food was plentifull with 3 meals daily with unlimited drinks. The food was always fresh. The service can drag a little but a dollar here and a dollar there may help. Dont expect a party atmosphere. The resort is full of Europeans very few Americans. The resort does not have entertainment. An older crowd very few young couples The resort provides a shuttle to the capital and Shirley Heights take advantage. We missed it and attempted to get a taxi and he wanted to charge us $80.00 US. The Taxis are extremely overpriced and government controlled!!! The whole island is overpriced!!! They tend to cater to Europeans but only accept US and there money. We had a wonderful time and the Island's natural beauty is something to appreciate and the people very friendly. We did have a great time while taking an Island Safari and Kayak trip this was worth the money. They took us around the island, did a kayak trip around the mangroves, and had lunch on Bird island. Did not enjoy the snorkling. I grew up in Puerto Rico and have travelled to many islands and snorkling was not the highlight of this trip. Overall is was worth the trip. We also took advantage of the airport to resort through Expedia it is worth the money. Recommend taking tours that pick you up at the resort

We enjoyed the stay, the room view was very nice and the service and response of the employees was good. The only downer was dinner in the restaurant, which was not what I would expect from a resort hotel. I would recommend the facility for a quiet, pleasant, beautiful surroundings place stay. Breakfast and lunch were good but was impressed with the dinner meals.

I fully recommend this resort and were told by other visitors who stopped at Blue Waters that they were planning to make their next trip to Antigua a stay at Blue Waters. This was my first trip to the islands for our honeymoon and I chose the resort based on very few reviews and the resort website. The website is accurate and doesn't even capture resort's beauty. We chose the inclusive package once at the resort, I would recommend this. The food is much too expensive to purchase at the resort. Our stay was in October, just after they reopen from hurricane season. There were very few guests so it was about a 5 to 1 ratio, staff to guests. There was some rain but it is too warm to care. I would definately stay there again.

We only stayed for one night on our way through back to Canada. Of note - it was 'low-season'. The reception was outstanding, and the customer service was out of this world. Every employee took the time to acknowledge you, and all were more than happy to serve. Being that it was low season, the food choices at the resort were limited to one restaurant per meal. Although the 'all-inclusive' is not mandatory, you might as well take the cheap deal when you book, because you are going to be eating the same food anyway (and paying more if you don't book in advance). The resort is right beside Sandals, but there are really not too many other options for food within walking distance. You can visit Sandals by paying a 'guest' fee for the visit. I was not impressed with the food - not too much fresh, most was fried and fatty. I would go back, but probably only during high season when the options were more plentiful. Happy travels
