I paid top dollar during down season when there was less than 33% occupancy for a condo with two bedrooms. There was a pile of sunflower seeds on the floor from previous guests...as if they had spilled at lest a cup of seeds on the floor right next to the sofa and the cleaning staff never bothered to vacuum. There was a broken cracker on the floor about 1.5 feet away from that. It made me wonder just how clean the rest of the suite was. Disappointing in any case not to mention the high price. The internet was down in the lobby and we were told that they would work on it. We went back down to check...Were told it was working and it was not. Finally the next morning it was working. The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and gave the best service out of everyone else we met on staff. We met many people since the hotel was virtually empty due to it being a ski resort and we visted in July.
