While the staff was very friendly, the resort is quite dated. Frankly, I think that it was rather overpriced for what they offer. I certainly wouldn't classify this as a 3.5 star resort. Unfortunately there's not many hotels in the area so they have the advantage of charging whatever they want. Also, this resort was not located on the beach as advertised. It's about a mile away from the beach. You have to take a tram to get to the beach. Lastly, I was very upset to learn at check out that they charge $10 plus tax per day to park. Nobody ever told us that. This was a total ripoff because there was tons of parking available and they didn't even offer valet for that price. That's just unnecessary.
