We've stayed at other dead sea resorts before, mostly on the Israeli site, but this resort is by far the best experience we had. My 3 kids loved the place,the staff and everything the hotel had to offer. The staff made us feel at home far away from home. It can cost you, but it is highly recommended.

This hotel is a dream. The restaurant situation is very sad, with many spots closing at sunset or only open some nights of the week so we had a bit of drama and disappointment when it came to dinner (only option was sports bar due to some convention in the Italian restaurant and no other restaurant was open). This is the sort of thing that at best should be remedied and at worst should be conveyed to guests in advance. This place gets a zero in the restaurant department. Having said that, the resort itself, rooms, pool area, view, and spa are just fabulous. I could have spent many days blissfully relaxing here and they even take care of the resident stray cats, which are regularly tended to and fixed by a vet who visits monthly. What a fabulous and rare (especially in the Middle East) act of animal kindness to help control the pet population and give them a safe "home" base. I was floored by that news. I would never stay anywhere else on the Dead Sea.
