This is the second time I've stayed at this resort and enjoyed it as much as the first. It has the most attractive grounds and common spaces I've yet to find in a resort in Tucson while maintaining a low-key feel. I've also found the food and drink, while expensive in line with typical resort prices, to be uniformly excellent.

I had stayed at another resort down the road first and when I went to this resort, I was disappointed. ALthough, the lobby is phenomenal, the room was not very nice. It needs a major overhaul if the hotel wants to have resort status. Pool was nice but busy. Very family oriented.

We really enjoyed staying at the resort. The only thing we did not like was the long walk between the parking area and the room, other than that we enjoyed the resort very much. Would definitely stay at the resort again.

Westward Look Resort is a very nice place. The rooms were comfortable and Huge! The resort staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and smelled good. The bath towels were big, not like the last place we stayed, thier towels barely covered my son, let alone me! The pools and whirlpools were clean and my son had a blast at the main pool. Unfortunately we were not able to spend the extra money for the Spa, or the horseback riding , But we still had a very good time. This was one of the only Resorts in Tucson that had free WI-FI, which really blows me away that those other resorts charge for it, and free parking, again blows me away that the other resorts charge for it!! Any how this was a very nice family friendly resort! The landscaping was beautiful and you have the mountains , Beautiful sunset and stars! When we were in our room we could not hear anything from surrounding area, or other rooms. The room service and food was great! Its a little pricey for me, but for someone on my budget we had a nice Thanksgiving from Indiana to Tucson, and the flight was the most expense. I was very impressed with this resort and will definately try to go back. I would really like to try the Spa.. Great place!

This hotel adds resort fees to their room charges along with a extra guest charge of 25$ if there are more than 2 people in the room. If you dont like airline baggage fees along with your ticket you won't like this hotels policy either. You dont get anything for your resort fees other than a 25$ charge. The hotel is nice and well maintained property and should not have to resort to this unpopular tactic

This locale is like a teaser for the resort...close but no cigar. You can see the resort, even eat there, but when you say you are at the Golf Suites, there is a distinct look you receive as though you are a second class citizen. Even the on-site restaurant is owned by the resort so you can't charge your meals to your room. The rooms are nice but the walls are paper thin so we knew all about our neighbors even though we had no desire to hear their every word. We were told they have instituted a "quiet time." to deal with the problem. The rest of the time, just turn up your TV. On our reservation, we specified a king-size bed but were put in a room with two double beds and told that "king size beds are on a first come, first served basis. " We finally were moved into a room with a king size bed but had to go back to the front and start our registration over with different key cards, etc.
