My first impression of this resort was negative. Our room was up a steep flight of stairs and there was not an elevator. I wonder why the hostess at the front desk would put old people on the top floor where there was not an elevator? Management should be more sensitive to the needs of senior citizens and their knees. After the first day, we fell in love with the resort. The outside environment was breathtaking. The grouper sandwich in the resturant was the best and the service there was outstanding. You must use their valet parking to park your car. It is riduclous that they charge $10 a day to park when the resort has acres and acres of property available for a parking lot. We had to make several trips a day outside the resort. It was inconvenient for us to have to wait for our car all the time. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to his resort and will return again. We have relatives who live in Tampa.
